Sage Dressing

  1. Cut skirt steak into strips.
  2. Marinate in glass dish for 24 hours in pineapple juice.
  3. Stir once or twice while marinating. Discard pineapple juice.
  4. Marinate 24 hours in glass dish in Italian dressing.
  5. Reserve dressing.
  6. Drain.
  7. Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, coriander seed and cumin.
