Fall Bounty Rice with Sweet Potatoes and Mixed Grains

  1. Peel the sweet potato, cut into bite sized pieces, and put in a bowl of water.
  2. Rinse the rice, put into the bowl of the rice cooker, add water up to the 2 cup level, and leave to soak.
  3. Add the mixed grains.
  4. Add a pinch of salt, mix lightly, put the sweet potato pieces on top and switch on the cooker.
  5. When it's cooked, transfer to rice bowls, sprinkle with some sesame salt and enjoy!

  7. Mix with rice or use in onigiri rice balls.
