Easy Baked Omelette

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat dressing in small ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions and asparagus; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, ham and 1/4 cup of the cheese.
  6. Pour into skillet; cook, without stirring, 3 to 4 min.
  7. or until edges begin to set.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
  9. Bake in skillet, uncovered, 20 min.
  10. or until centre is set.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
  12. ; cut into wedges to serve.
  13. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
