Easy Teriyaki Chicken For Your Lunch Box or A Cherry Blossom Party
- 1 Chicken thigh
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp plus Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- Trim off the excess fat (it's not good for your health!)
- and cut into small pieces.
- Put the chicken into a plastic bag with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Add the katakuriko and some air.
- Shake the bag vigorously!
- Fry the prepared chicken in a frying pan until golden brown and flip over.
- Continue to cook with a lid on.
- After both sides are golden brown, add the mixed seasonings and allow the sauce to coat the chicken pieces well!
- (You can freeze them.)
