Carribean-Jerk Mini Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Bring frying pan to medium heat.
  3. Add breaded chicken thighs and Carribean-Jerk sauce, and cook until breading has absorbed sauce and chicken has reached 165F.
  4. Wash all veggies.
  5. Dice red pepper, green pepper, and onion.
  6. Spread ranch over bottom of pizza crust.
  7. Sprinkle basil over ranch.
  8. In seperate bowl, combine cheeses, and sprinkle over ranch.
  9. When chicken is finished, remove from heat and place on top of cheese.
  10. Garnish with onion, red pepper, and green pepper.
  11. Bake pizza in oven for 8-10 minutes.
