Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. Blanch 16 cloves galic in boiling water 3 separate times, 1 minute each time; set aside; mince remaining cloves.
  2. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan; heat to boil; cook over med heat til tender about 12 minutes; drain well.
  3. Add milk, butter and all garlic to potatoes.
  4. Mash to desired consistency.
  5. Season w/salt and pepper.
