Broccoli Rabe with Parsley Butter

  1. Combine broccoli rabe and 1/2 cup water in large pot.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bring to simmer over medium-high heat.
  4. Cover and simmer until broccoli rabe wilts, about 3 minutes.
  5. Uncover and simmer until broccoli rabe is tender and water evaporates, about 4 minutes.
  6. Add parsley butter to pot and toss to coat.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Place in bowl and serve immediately.
