Mexican Dip
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- 12 tablespoon salt
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 14 cup ketchup
- 12 tablespoons oregano, crushed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 green chili pepper (optional)
- Brown ground beef, onion, garlic and salt; drain and add remaining.
- ingredients.
- Heat in crock pot.
- Dip chips, crackers, bread, tortillas, etc.
