Open Faces Crab Sandwiches

  1. Melt butter in large skillet.
  2. Add crab, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until just warm.
  4. Toast bread in a toaster or broiler.
  5. Immediately spread cream cheese on each piece of bread.
  6. Pile as much crab on each piece as it can hold.
  7. Place a slice or two of cheese over the crab and put on a cookie sheet.
  8. Put the sandwiches in the broiler for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Enjoy!
