Hummus
- 1 can mashed chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon salt or 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon (according to taste)
- salt
- crushed garlic (optional)
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Add a little parsley and olive oil for presentation.
- Serve with fried flat bread.
