Ham Griddle Cakes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 34 cup milk
- 1 cup ground cooked ham
- In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk.
- Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Fold in ham.
- Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle.
- Flip when edges begin to brown and cook flipside until golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup.
