Magic Peanutbutter Cookies

• 1 cup Peanutbutter
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Combine all the ingredients.
3. Roll the dough into balls the size of walnuts.
4. Place the balls onto a baking sheet, then dip a fork into sugar and press a criss-cross disighn on each cookie.
5. Bake for about 12 min.
6. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
7. Makes about 15 cookies.
