Two-Onion Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  3. Add the onions and cook slowly, covered, until soft and golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Place the crust on a pan, arrange the onions on it, and sprinkle with the cheese.
  6. Bake until the cheese is bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, let stand for 2 to 3 minutes, and cut into 6 or 8 wedges to serve.
