Pork Chops in an Orange-Cumin Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 4 whole Pork Chops, Boneless Or Bone In (Thick Or Thin!)
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Orange Zest
- 1/2 cups Orange Juice
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 whole Oranges, Peeled And Cut In To Segments
- 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
- Season pork with salt and pepper and cook until cooked through and juices run clear, 34 minutes, flipping once.
- Transfer to a platter and keep warm.
- Add orange zest, juice, and cumin to the skillet.
- Cook until slightly thickened, 1 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in orange segments.
- To serve, spoon orange sauce over pork chops and top with chopped cilantro.
