Pork Chops in an Orange-Cumin Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
  2. Season pork with salt and pepper and cook until cooked through and juices run clear, 34 minutes, flipping once.
  3. Transfer to a platter and keep warm.
  4. Add orange zest, juice, and cumin to the skillet.
  5. Cook until slightly thickened, 1 1/2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in orange segments.
  7. To serve, spoon orange sauce over pork chops and top with chopped cilantro.
