Beef Appetizer Kabobs
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/3 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 beef top round steak (1 lb.), 1-1/2 inches thick, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 16 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 24 fresh mushrooms
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
- Thread meat and vegetables alternately onto 24 skewers.
- Grill 10 to 15 min.
- or until meat is done, turning and brushing occasionally with pepper mixture.
