Veal And Shrimp Windsor Recipe
- 1 pound veal cut into medallions
- 8 shrimp
- 3 ounce. butter
- 12 ounce. tomato sauce
- 5 ounce. brandy
- 2 ounce. grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 ounce. chicken broth
- 1/2 ounce. salt
- 1/2 ounce. black pepper
- Flour
- Put butter in pan over medium heat.
- When butter melts add in floured veal and shrimp and cook till brown.
- Then turn veal and shrimp.
- Add in brandy, tomato sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
- Cook 5 min or possibly till sauce is thick and veal and shrimp are done.
- Yields 4 servings.
