Chili-tini
- 1 lime, juiced
- 5 ounces gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 15 drops favorite chili or hot sauce
- Brush 5 martini glasses with half lime juice and freeze.
- Shake the gin and vermouth with ice in a shaker.
- Get glasses out of freezer or empty ice out of glasses.
- Pour a few drops of hot sauce into the bottom of each martini glass.
- Pour gin mixture into the glasses.
- Stir very lightly and serve.
