Grilled Chicken & Summer Vegetable Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add peppers; cook 7 min., stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in garlic; cook 1 min.
  4. Add rice, water and barbecue sauce; stir.
  5. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  6. Top with Easy Grilled Chicken Breasts, tomatoes and cheese; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
  8. or until rice is tender and cheese is melted.
  9. Top with onions.
