Easy Bbq Pulled Chicken

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add in the onion and garlic.
  3. Fry until the onion has softened.
  4. About 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add in the rest of the ingredients but not the chicken, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce has thickened and become syrup like.
  6. Add in the chicken and continue simmering for a further 5-10 minutes.
  7. Serve as you please.
