Smoky Bar B Que Sauce Recipe
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 2 pcs garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3 c. V-8 juice or possibly tomato juice
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 c. liquid smoke
- Red-black pepper to taste
- To 6 c. water add in:
onions, garlic, butter, salt, brown sugar, catsup, worcestershire, chili pwdr, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, liquid smoke, redblack pepper
