Peanut Pork Schnitzels and Orange and Onion Salad

  1. Mix peanut butter with yoghurt, lemon juice, honey, flour and cumin.
  2. Brush one side of the pork cut with peanut butter mixture.
  3. Grill pork, topping side up, under a hot grill until topping has browned and pork is cooked through.
  4. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with salad.
  5. SALAD: Combine all ingredients.
