Sam's Crockpot Beef Brisket with Homemade Bbq Sauce
- 1 -4 to 5 pound beef brisket, fat trimmed
- 1 * Bbq Sauce*
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 -10 oz light beer
- Set brisket in the crockpot and cover until sauce is ready.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients for bbq sauce.
- Pour over brisket in the crockpot and set on the high setting.
- Cook on high for 7 to 8 hours until brisket tenderly falls apart.
- Enjoy with your favorite sides.
