Festive Roasted Pepper Dip
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 jar (7-1/2 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained, finely chopped
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- or chips
- Mix all ingredients.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or chips.
- Makes about 3 cups.
