Festive Roasted Pepper Dip

• 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1 jar (7-1/2 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained, finely chopped
• 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
• or chips

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Refrigerate.
3. Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or chips.
4. Makes about 3 cups.
