Low Fat Blue Cheese Spread
- 2 cups Fat-free Plain Yogurt
- 2 ounces, weight Low Fat Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1.
- Line a strainer with a coffee and place the strainer over a bowl.

- Add the fat free yogurt.
- Allow to drain into the bowl, covered, in the fridge for 24 hours.
- 3.
- Drain and mix the resulting cream cheese with small blue cheese crumbles and salt.
- Serve as desired or season further with raisins, a few bacon bits, etc.
