Low Fat Blue Cheese Spread

  2. Line a strainer with a coffee and place the strainer over a bowl.

  4. Add the fat free yogurt.
  5. Allow to drain into the bowl, covered, in the fridge for 24 hours.

  7. Drain and mix the resulting cream cheese with small blue cheese crumbles and salt.
  8. Serve as desired or season further with raisins, a few bacon bits, etc.
