Brownie Pie
- 1 pie crust
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 (15 oz.) Pillsbury thick and fudgy hot fudge swirl brownie mix
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1 egg until smooth; set aside.
- Spread 1/2 brownie mix in bottom of crust, adding to brownie mix, oil, 1 tablespoon water and 2 eggs.
- Beat 50 strokes. Spoon cream cheese over brownie layer.
- Top with remaining brownie mix; spread evenly and sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until center is puffed and crust golden brown.
- Place hot fudge in microwave bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Stir in remaining tablespoon water and drizzle fudge over top of pie.
- Store in refrigerator.
