Sparkling Mango

  1. Pour all liquid ingredients except the Champagne into a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Shake well for several seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled 5-ounce martini glass, and top to the brim with Champagne.
  5. Garnish with a mango slice.
