Vegetable Corn Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Butter the baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  4. Add the liquid ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the vegetables.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and pull away from the sides of the pan.
