Protein Milk Shake

  1. Follow this sequence to ensure shake does not have too much froth.
  2. measure milk and pour into a blender.
  3. chop banana and place in blender.
  4. whiz blender till banana has been fully blended (approx 30 secs).
  5. NOW ADD the (non flavoured) protein powder, and blend for just 4-5 seconds.
