Cheesy Chicken
- 6 each chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon
- 2 ounces soup, cream of chicken
- 1 x cheddar cheese grated, as needed
- 1 x bread crumbs as needed
- Boil and bone chicken breasts, mix mayonnaise, lemon, and cream of chicken soup.
- Place chicken in casserole dish and pour soup mixture over the top.
- Cover the top with grated cheddar cheese and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Cook one hour at 350F (180C).
