Deviled Short Ribs Recipe
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 pound beef short ribs
- 2 med. onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd red pepper
- 3/4 c. water
- Heat oil in Dutch oven till warm.
- Cook beef over medium heat; brown on all sides; drain.
- Add in onions.
- Mix remaining ingredients except water; stir in water.
- Pour over beef.
- Cover and cook at 350 degrees till tender, about 2 hrs.
- Makes 4 servings.
