Pork Teriyaki Sandwich - I've Been Making This Forever

  1. Spread the mayonnaise on the bread.
  2. Slice the cucumber thinly on the diagonal.
  3. Line one side of a slice of bread with the cucumber.
  4. Cut the pork if it's too long.
  5. Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork.
  6. Add the ingredients and cook until there's no moisture left in the pan.
  7. Let the meat cool down, then put on top of the cucumber and cover with the other slice of bread.
  8. Cut in any way you like.
  9. The sandwich in the photo is cut into 3 pieces.
  10. Remove the crust or not, it's up to you.
