Smoky Sausage and Potato Skillet
- 16 ounces smoked sausage
- 5 14 ounces au gratin potatoes, packaged
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups water
- 23 cup milk
- Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces.
- Chop celery and onion into small pieces, to your liking.
- Saute sausage and vegetables in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender.
- Add water, milk, and flavor packet from the potatoes and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add potatoes.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
