Chicken Deviled Eggs

  1. cut eggs lengthwise and put yolk section in a medium bowl.
  2. mash up all yolks with a fork.
  3. add mayonnaise and mix with fork breaking up any lumps you see.
  4. add chicken, onion, mayonnaise, dijon mustard and dry spice ingredients and with a spatula mix until bended.
  5. taste and adjust seasonings to suit you.
  6. stuff eggs with mixture and place on decorative platter sprinkle with paprika and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow to get cold.
  7. keep cold until read to serve.
