Vegetable lo mein
- 2 lb noodles spaghetti type
- 2 lb assorted vegetables frozen
- 1/3 cup Shaoxing wine omit if you don't use wine
- 1/4 cup light soya sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- Boil your noodles drain add a bit of oil 2 tablespoons to coat so not to stick
- Add oil 2 tablespoon to a big wok or big pan get very hot
- Add vegetables listen for a sizzle stir fry moving vegetables around
- Add wine if you use omit if you dont soya sauce, vinegar and 1 cup sugar
- When liquid boils mix cornstarch and water together pour into liquid and vegetables stir once add noodles mix well add more water if too thick
- Serve immediately hope you enjoy
