Pan Fried Ribeye
- 2 thick cut ribeye steaks
- 2 dash steak seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- Heat a deep skillet with the olive oil and butter.
- Season steaks and place in sizzling skillet.
- Cook on medium to medium low heat.
- Cook to your liking.
- Sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese.
- Once steaks are cooked, let rest before serving.
- Served with oven roasted asparagus.
