Salmon Loaf with Sauce

  1. Combine salmon, bread crumbs, lemon juice and seasonings.
  2. Add eggs; mix well
  3. Blend in two cups of the white sauce.
  4. Turn mixture into greased 9-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 25 minutes (or until firm)
  6. Combine peas, parsley, chopped eggs & remaining sauce in pan.
  7. Heat to serving temperature.
  8. Serve sauce over salmon loaf.
