Smoked Salmon Mousse
- 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, room temperature
- 13 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 13 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 ounces smoked salmon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 12 tablespoons minced green onions, white part only
- 1 12 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- white pepper, to taste
- Blend first 6 ingredients in processor until smooth.
- Season to taste with pepper.
- Transfer to bowl, cover and refrigerate.
