Nagaimo Yam Filled Sweet and Salty Teriyaki Pork Rolls
- 3 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 8 cm Nagaimo yam
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Shichimi spice
- Cut the nagaimo yams into sticks.
- Cut the pork in half length-wise, lightly season just one side with salt and pepper, flip over, wrap the nagaimo yams diagonally, and lightly coat in flour.
- Place the rolls with the overlap facing down into a preheated frying pan coated with vegetable oil, cook until brown, and then brown all over and cook through while shaking the pan back and forth.
