Pumpkin Cheese Cake Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar.
  3. Add the pumpkin and the spices.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Beat until creamy.
  7. Pour the batter evenly into the two pie crusts.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool then top with whipped topping, if desired.
