Peanut Butter Cup Muffins Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa pwdr
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. lowfat milk (may use skim lowfat milk)
- 1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Sift together first 5 ingredients.
- Stir in egg, melted butter and lowfat milk, just till blended.
- Mix in peanut butter chips.
- Fill paper-lined muffin c.. Bake approximately 20 min.
- Makes 12 muffins.
