Bacon Bowls
- 1 packages Bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cup diced hashbrowns
- 1 dash salt & pepper
- 1 packages sharp chedder cheese
- 1/4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 green onion
- 1 tin foil
- Preheat oven to 375
- Slice package of bacon in half.
- Using muffin tin, arrange 3 slices of bacon in layers making a bowl shape.
- Break off strips of tin foil and form into balls large enough to place in middle of each bacon bowl.
- Keeps bacon in place while cooking.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

- skillet heat vegetable oil, then add hashbrowns.
- cook them till brown stirring often.
- While bacon and hashbrowns cooks, melt butter in small skillet.
- In Small bowl mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper.
- When butter melts, pour in egg mixture.
- Stir eggs while they cook till fluffy.
- Remove from heat.
- When bacon is done, remove from oven and let stand to cool for a bit.
- Arrange bacon bowls on baking sheets.
- Stuff each bowl with 1 tbs each of hashbrowns and eggs on top.
- Place back in oven on Broil for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove and arrange on place.
- Sprinkle on the cheese.
- Top it off with sliced green onion.
