Lavender-Rose Honey

• 1 quart mild honey
• 34 cup dried organic rose petal
• 12 cup dried lavender flowers

1. Mix all ingredients in a jar.
2. Seal and let stand in a sunny window for 2 weeks.
3. Warm the jar under hot water intil the honey and strain into a clean jar.
4. Store in a cool, dark place.
