STOVE TOP Stuffed Artichokes
- 2-1/2 qt. STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep
- 1-1/4 qt. boiling water
- 50 each fresh artichoke bottoms, cleaned, blanched
- Combine stuffing mix and water; cover.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
- Portion 1-1/4 oz.
- mixture using a #30 scoop onto each artichoke.
- Place on sheet pan.
- Bake in 375 degrees F convection oven 5 min.
- or until heated through and stuffing begins to brown.
