STOVE TOP Stuffed Artichokes

  1. Combine stuffing mix and water; cover.
  2. Let stand 5 min.
  3. Fluff with fork.
  4. Portion 1-1/4 oz.
  5. mixture using a #30 scoop onto each artichoke.
  6. Place on sheet pan.
  7. Bake in 375 degrees F convection oven 5 min.
  8. or until heated through and stuffing begins to brown.
