STOVE TOP Stuffed Artichokes

• 2-1/2 qt. STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep
• 1-1/4 qt. boiling water
• 50 each fresh artichoke bottoms, cleaned, blanched

1. Combine stuffing mix and water; cover.
2. Let stand 5 min.
3. Fluff with fork.
4. Portion 1-1/4 oz.
5. mixture using a #30 scoop onto each artichoke.
6. Place on sheet pan.
7. Bake in 375 degrees F convection oven 5 min.
8. or until heated through and stuffing begins to brown.
