Buttermilk Oat Bread Recipe
- One lb. loaf
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Oatmeal
- 2 c. Bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast One/1/2 lb. Loaf
- 1 1/3 c. Buttermilk
- 5 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 Tbsp. Molasses
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/3 c. Oatmeal
- 2 2/3 c. Bread flour
- 2 1/2 tsp Yeast
- Bake according to manufacturer's instructions.
- This recipe orginally posted by Apple had the following notes: Appled used buttermilk pwdr and it turned out fine.
- She also used a Welbilt 100
- (R2D2) and used the Sweet Bread cycle on the lightest setting.
