Blackeyed Peas Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions till they start to change color, add in tomatoes and pepper.
  2. Cook for 10 min.
  3. Add in white wine after 5 min.
  4. Add in peas and picante and cook for 1/2 hour.
  5. More picante can be added according to taste and a few drops of Worcestershire can be used.
