Peach-Glazed Pork Chops

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Drain peaches, reserving juice.
  3. Add enough hot water to reserved juice to measure 1-1/2 cups; pour into large bowl.
  4. Add butter; stir until melted.
  5. Stir in stuffing mix and peaches.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Spoon into 13x9-inch pan; top with chops.
  8. Mix preserves and mustard; spoon over chops.
  9. Bake 40 min.
  10. or until chops are done (160 degrees F).
