Thai Chicken Satay Recipe

  1. Mix marinade ingredients.
  2. Add in chicken to mix.
  3. Marinate at least two hrs.
  4. Thread chicken pcs on one end of satay sticks.
  5. Broil or possibly much better, barbecue, baste with marinade.
  6. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.
  7. SAUCE: Mix ingredients together.
  8. Should have a sweet/warm peanut taste.
