Baked White Cheddar Mac & Cheese with Bacon
- Crumb Topping
- 1-1/2 cups crushed butter crackers
- 1-1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
- Macaroni & Cheese
- 2 pouches Bulk Dry KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese
- 3 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1-1/2 cups OSCAR MAYER Fast Prep Precooked Bacon, chopped
- Crumb Topping: Combine ingredients.
- Set aside.
- Macaroni & Cheese: Prepare Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into full-size hotel pan (or into half-size hotel pan for trial recipe); sprinkle with Crumb Topping.
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 10 min.
