Golden Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Grease a 24 muffin cup pan or line each one with a paper muffin cup.
  3. Combine the dry cake mix, oats, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Beat together milk, eggs, and butter.
  5. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  6. Spoon into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
  7. Bake at 400 for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve with honey or jam.
