All in One Roast

  1. cut all root veg up into even dice about 20mm
  2. roast veg with rosemary and rape seed oil
  3. half all cherry toms season and add little bit of oil and grill untill warmed through
  4. roast yellow peppers and cut into chunks
  5. add seasoned and oiiled halibut to oven dish
  6. add veg, cherry toms, pine nuts, pepper and few slice of lemon
  7. cook for 8 to 10 mins
  8. drizzle with oil and lemon juic serve
